At LAS Lab Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services tailored to the unique needs of your laboratory. Due to the customized and professional nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:
Consulting Services
All payments for consulting services—including inspections, assessments, trainings, and advisory work—are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 7 days in advance: You may reschedule or cancel your service with no penalty. Any prepayment will be fully credited toward future services.

Within 7 days of scheduled service: A 25% cancellation fee will apply. The remainder may be credited toward future service.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Prepaid Retainers or Packages
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet begun:

A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of payment and before any consultation or preparation has occurred.

After 14 days or after preliminary work has started, refunds are not available, but the balance may be applied to other services within 6 months.
