Hi, I’m Lisa Schwerin, MT (ASCP), a Medical Laboratory Scientist and Technical Consultant with over 25 of experience in clinical and diagnostic laboratory settings. I help laboratories stay compliant, efficient, and inspection-ready—so they can focus on delivering accurate, timely results that truly make a difference in patient care.
My Story
Over the years, I’ve worked in everything from high-volume hospital labs to specialty physician labs, holding roles in leadership, quality assurance, and technical oversight. I’ve seen first-hand the pressures that lab owners, directors, managers, and staff are under—from regulatory demands and limited resources to staffing challenges and constant technological changes.
That’s why I founded this consulting practice—to provide labs with the kind of knowledgeable, responsive, and down-to-earth support I wish I’d had earlier in my own career.
